Does it work with my existing bathtub/tub or do I need a special tub?

It works with both dedicated ice bath tubs and standard household/inflatable bathtubs. If your tub has 1/2"NPT internal threads, you may use the waterpipe adapter (included in the package) to establish the connection.
Can it maintain temperature automatically, or do I need to monitor it?

Simply set your desired water temperature, and the unit will automatically maintain it at that level for maximum convenience.
How often should the water be changed?â

It is recommended to change the water every 2-4 weeks (with the disinfection function activated). Adjust the frequency flexibly based on usage frequency and by observing the color of the filter.
